Larkspur Peak provided project management including property clean-up for the owner as well as deep due diligence research of easement and title issues in preparation for the sale of this unique riverfront East Aspen property.
Our expert team of architects, engineers, attorneys, and land use planners worked with the City of Aspen to identify what could be done with this very complex project given zoning and floodplain constraints for the property. We successfully defined new "top of bank/slope" with the city and clarified other important property details for the Seller and subsequently for the buyer.
Over the course of the project, we were able to develop a beautiful, modernized concept for the renovation of this special piece of Aspen history within the difficult limits it presents.
